Overall Experience: Software: Bonuses: Payment Options: Customer Support: I requested a payout and received the checks last month. Every place I tried to cash them refused to. I call Superslots support to tell them of the problem. They told me to fax copies of the checks to them and they would cancel them. Here it is 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for them to receive confirmation that the checks were cancelled so they can send my payout directly to my bank. I talked with the payout manager last week and he assured me I would receive my money by last Friday. -

Overall Experience: Software: Bonuses: Payment Options: Customer Support: They don’t offer too much for a slot based casino. Very poor selection of games, no real fun factor. Decent tournaments bi-weekly, but not enough to keep me interested.
